Kris Torres, VP of Delivery at AspireHR, leads the company’s delivery organization with a focus on excellence in project execution, strategic oversight of implementation practices, and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies. Kris champions the seamless orchestration of end-to-end HCM consulting services, ensuring that clients realize tangible business value from their SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation initiatives.

Kris also leads AspireHR's Application Managed Services and Business Process Outsourcing line of business. In this role, she and her team extend the relationship between AspireHR and its clients by building long-term partnerships around the ongoing support and maintenance of their HXM solutions. Providing IT and application management expertise, HR IT Help Desk support, and application and interface monitoring — along with delivering outsourced business processes — her team serves as a dedicated partner helping clients put employee experiences first.

Together, these roles position Kris at the center of the full client lifecycle at AspireHR — from initial implementation through long-term operational support — ensuring clients receive consistent, high-value partnership at every stage of their HR transformation journey.

Kris has over 20 years of technology delivery spanning technologies from custom applications to software platforms and across multiple industries. Through her client work, Kris helps clients with their technology strategy, organizational development, and program execution. Kris is the Board Chair for Bold Idea (www.boldidea.org) and the Vice Chair for the ITDS Advisory Board for UNT. She is an active member & previously held numerous board roles with NextUp. She regularly speaks on the role of women in technology, sponsorship, and creating an inclusive future.

Kris received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Texas at Austin and is still active in the program steering committee.
