Kris champions the seamless orchestration of end-to-end HCM consulting services, ensuring that clients realize tangible business value from their SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation initiatives.
Kris has over 20 years of technology delivery spanning technologies from custom applications to software platforms and across multiple industries. Through her client work, Kris helps clients with their technology strategy, organizational development, and program execution.
Kris is the Board Chair for Bold Idea (www.boldidea.org) and the Vice Chair for the ITDS Advisory Board for UNT. She is an active member & previously held numerous board roles with NextUp. She regularly speaks on the role of women in technology, sponsorship, and creating an inclusive future.
Kris received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Texas at Austin and is still active in the program steering committee.
