With a proven track record in financial leadership, FP&A, and business analytics, most recently demonstrated during his tenure as CFO at Brierley & Partners, Doug excels in streamlining operations, optimizing cost structures, and forging strong relationships with executive teams.
Prior to joining AspireHR, Doug held several leadership roles where his expertise in strategic planning and operational management consistently delivered measurable business value. His collaborative approach and deep understanding of financial best practices position him as a key driver in supporting AspireHR’s continued evolution as a North American market leader in Human Experience Management.
Doug holds a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelors in International Finance.
