Gretchen brings over 30 years of financial and operations experience including Board Member roles with Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc. and Finance Council Member for Christ of the King Church in Dallas, TX. Gretchen has been the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Clearsight Advisors, an Investment Banking establishment, for more than 13 years where she has raised solutions exclusively to high growth tech-enabled business services companies. Her previous experience includes Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Agility Advisors, Updata and Arthur Andersen Consulting. Gretchen holds a Masters of Business Administration, Finance, International Business and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Washington. ​ Allison has held positions in various disciplines throughout her career in retail electricity, banking, IT consulting and human resources industries. Her experience spans large-scale SAP ERP implementation and optimization, strategy, product design and management, margin and conversion optimization, process design, project management, operations management, and front and back-office business process outsourcing in large-scale global engagements.

Allison received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.
