For the first time in two years, AspireHR is bringing together the AspireHR team, including our entire remote workforce, for AspireCon, a 3-day companywide teambuilding and employee development event in Dallas, TX. During this important time, we will invest in our employees’ professional growth, working to strengthen our ability to lead and deliver at the highest level for our clients.
AspireCon starts on Thursday, April 28th, and runs through the weekend. AspireHR has organized a number of teambuilding activities, as well as a diverse lineup of key speakers planned for the event, including several clients, senior leadership at SAP, and Stephen Covey, best-selling author of ‘Speed of Trust’ who also just released ‘Trust & Inspire’.
As we connect with our growing team, AspireHR will also use a portion of the time for giving back to our local community. One such activity includes partnering with “Build-a-Bike”, a charity-inspired team challenge that involves building children’s bicycles and donating them to a local charity.
AspireCon is one of AspireHR’s many employee-first initiatives. As we continue creating a culture of engagement, investing in our people and technology, and recognizing the innovations and amazing accomplishments of our talented team, we look forward to bringing our clients increased value and strengthened capabilities to ensure client success.
