Kelsey Cooper, VP of Delivery Solutions at AspireHR, leads the company’s delivery practice, including the design and execution of SAP SuccessFactors client implementations both nationally and globally.

Her strategic mindset and ability to implement best practices contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery processes and strengthens the ability to deliver integrated solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients. She manages AspireHR’s talented team of technical and functional delivery consultants, driving business performance to ensure efficient end-to-end delivery of our services.

Kelsey has over 14 years of SuccessFactors implementation experience, specializing in Compensation and Variable Pay with Employee Central integrations. Her experience spans across more than 50 countries, leading more than 75 end-to-end implementations across a wide variety of industries. She holds expertise in client relations, project planning, data analysis, risk mitigation, strategic planning, and process improvement.
