Joseph Hillesheim
President
Joseph Hillesheim is a seasoned 16 year veteran in the SAP Human Capital Management industry. Joseph set the vision and strategy for Aspire HR and Aspire HR International as well as overseeing daily operations. He brings extensive experience in building and leading large global organizations and his leadership experience building high-achieving teams and guiding implementations for top-tier companies is unparalleled. An accomplished project manager and business process strategist, his vision and expertise has driven Aspire HR to invent streamlined approaches to historically inefficient and costly SAP implementation cycles and processes. Joseph is called to speak at top industry conferences and his achievements have been featured in the Dallas Business Journal, the Ernst and Young entrepreneur of the year program and the INC 500 where he was recognized a top executive.
Joseph Hillesheim has assembled an all-star crew of the best and brightest in the SAP HR world and challenged them to develop innovative approaches to common implementation problems and client concerns.
Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, Joseph has achieved uncommon results for some of the company’s largest and most complex SAP HR clients.
Joe received his BS in Accounting from the St. Louis University becoming a CPA. He is active in the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and is a board member with the Boys and Girls Club of America. When he is not managing the corporation, Mr. Hillesheim enjoys flying airplanes, traveling, scuba diving, skiing, boating, and spending time with his wife and their three young sons.
Winnie Chu
Partner
Winnie Chu leads AspireHR’s SAP Implementations and Upgrades Practice. Winnie has an impressive track record of managing and leading many successful SAP HR projects and implementations across such companies as Cadbury Schweppes, Safety Kleen, The Body Shop, Trumpf, and Razorfish.
Ms. Chu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University’s Schulich School of Business in Toronto, with a double major in Human Resources and Marketing. Spending over six years as a Director of HR for a Canadian securities firm has provided Winnie with the experience and the insight to bridge the gaps between HR processes and SAP technology. She has been implementing SAP HR for over ten years and received her Platinum Consultant designation from SAP America in March 2001. Winnie has lead several projects involving SAP industry solutions for Public Sector, Healthcare, and Retail.
Brian Collett
Partner, Development Services
Brian Collett is the Managing Partner for Strategy & Solutions at AspireHR, responsible for the company’s Research & Development and Software Solutions. As the partner in charge of the Software Solutions, Brian passionately pursues AspireHR’s vision for wildly happy customers, fulfilled employees and radically simpler and more effective SAP HCM systems. Brian’s lifelong goal is to ensure all SAP HR customers avoid typical implementation pitfalls, Go-Live issues and ongoing support pains with pre-packaged solutions.Brian brings to AspireHR over 19 years of HR technology and 15 years of SAP HCM experience. His previous roles include Payroll Localization Manager at SAP Southeast Asia (Singapore) where he was responsible for the creation of SAP AG’s Hong Kong HR/Payroll solution (SAP’s 27th country) for the R/3 3.1i release. He also spent many years in the US prior to joining AspireHR responding to customer’s most costly SAP HR/Payroll issues and challenges, many of which he realized were common across many customers and easily preventable.
